Who's afraid of the big bad crises? The structured dialogue of youth unemployment
Publisher: Croatian Youth Network
Volume: 140 pages, pdf
Description
Today’s young people, born in the period between 1983 and 1997, find themselves in a particularly adverse position, considering the times they live in. Contemporary European societies have indisputably reached the highest level of socio-economic development and offer to young people the greatest amount of resources. However, this is precisely why young people who are not able to fulfil their role as economically active citizens find themselves in a precarious situation. Young people in Croatia and other European countries which are facing growing economic, social and political problems are finding it increasingly difficult to become independent from their families and to actively get involved in social and economic processes.
