It was organized by the International Center of Human Development (ICHD), one of the leading think-tanks in Armenia in partnership with Armenian Center for Transatlantic Initiatives (ACTI), European Integration NGO, Five Stars Travel ltd. and with the support of Delegation of the European Commission to Armenia. The conference brought together representatives of various interested organizations from Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia, Lithuania, Italy, the UK, Belgium, Bulgaria and Romania as well as major European institutions such as the EU, NATO, OSCE, CoE.
