The purpose of the report is to approximate the Armenian national policy papers on social policy and employment to the European policy papers, conventions and recommendations of the Council of Europe and European Union (hereinafter European papers) and suggest a draft plan of policy development for the next three years in compliance with relevant European standards and norms. The European papers have been chosen in order to study the above mentioned sphere broadly and to develop and adequate state policy which will reflect the country’s political priorities.
