The Law on Classified Information1 was adopted in 2009, came into force on January 1, 2010, and the legal deadline of 2 years, during which time the competent authorities were obliged to adopt secondary legislation in order to make the Law enforceable – had passed – they were adopted long after expiry of the set deadline.
