The energy discourse in Kosovo is primarily focused on the issue of electricity; its production, transmission, distribution, and supply. This is because how the electricity sector functions also radiates into the way we consume it, the price we pay for it, and the goods and services offered. It also indirectly affects our disposable income for other goods and services. Namely, the more money a household spends on electricity the less it can afford to spend on other things.
