Publisher: Journal on Ethnopolitics and Minority Issues in Europe Volume: 5 pages, pdf Description: The five articles included in this issue of the Journal on Ethnopolitics and Minority Issues in Europe are based on presentations given at the multidisciplinary conference held by the European Centre for Minority Issues (ECMI) in Sankelmark (Flensburg) on 5-7 June 2015. The conference was timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the 1990 Document of the Copenhagen Meeting of the Conference on the Human Dimension of the CSCE. The event was dedicated to the inception of the European minority rights regime at the end of the Cold War; the regime’s subsequent evolutions, affected by the re-drawing of the dividing lines in Europe; and the new challenges created by the recent turmoil in Eastern Europe.
