Analyses included in this publication are related to citizenship and the legal frame which addresses the issue of citizenship of all states which became independent after the segregation of the former SFRJ, as well Albania. All analyses are made by national ATF of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo and Serbia, which are part of the Legal Issues Group (LIG) of BHRN and SEE-RAN. The LIG includes about 30 NGOs that are active in the fi eld of refugees and human rights. Many of these NGOs have a long history of providing legal assistance and other support to refugees, IPDs, and returnees, while other NGOs members are engaged in human rights activities which are more analytical and advocacy-oriented.
