During these two years of institutional celebration but also during the previous years when the organization was based mainly on civil society initiative, Kosova took n important step entering thus a new stage of showing prudence and care for its cultural heritage. The difference in this case was pretty qualitative because the European Heritage Days in Kosova were being celebrated in parallel with all other Council of Europe states, in a manifestation officially recognized from this European institution.
